The first eulogy I ever wrote was for my mum. The importance of properly honouring who she was helped me with her passing.

I recognise the profound responsibility of creating a memorable and personal service, and with my expertise, I will help you create the perfect farewell.

HOW IT WORKS

As an independent funeral celebrant, I am not bound by any specific religious affiliation. My ceremonies are designed to honour and celebrate the individual who has passed away. While I primarily focus on crafting a personalised tribute, I can also incorporate hymns or readings from the Bible.

I believe that every person is unique, and their tribute should reflect that. That's why I take the time to get to know the person behind the ceremony, to ensure that the eulogy is an accurate representation of their life.

I offer a personal service, visiting you and your family at home or arranging a Zoom call at a time that suits you. This will last up to 90 minutes.

During this conversation i will gather all the necessary information to create a truly unique and memorable Eulogy for your loved one.

You will have opportunity to oversee, discuss and approve the eulogy should you choose.

PRICE

My fee is £250, which includes gathering information, writing, and delivering a personalised eulogy.

This fee applies to services within Edinburgh and the Lothians.

For services outwith this area, a small additional travel cost applies to cover mileage and time.

Travel is charged at 55p per mile (round trip) beyond 20 miles from central Edinburgh.

I always confirm the full fee in advance so there are no surprises.
